[Ongoing Project] custom city.

Im currently thinking about making a custom city, however its an ongoing project, i might not even start with it.

It will be spawned somewhere in emerald dream if we start with it.

its not like we got a community built on gm's xD
its nothing personal against you guys xP.
im always against spamming out gameobject's in a server.
since its known to bugg the server alot ^-^.
